An interesting way to for librarian to find work. However, I wonder about the legalities and ethics. He mentions that he has access to the electronic resources of the NYPL. He may be a registered patron of the NYPL, but using their e-resources for commercial gain and distribution to a non-registered patron would likely violate many of NYPL's license agreements.
